User Agreement

This Agreement is issued by Zhuniyunji Technology Co., Ltd. The terms "Zhuniyunji," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Zhuniyunji Technology Co., Ltd. and "Quillink". ²

QUILLINK provides all information to this website, including any other media forms, media channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications related, linked, or otherwise connected to the website (collectively, the "Site"). ³

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QUILLINK. By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, please do not install or use the App. ⁴

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, it signifies that you have read this agreement with your parents or legal guardians, and both you and your parents/guardians understand and agree to the terms and conditions herein. ⁵

1. License

Subject to your compliance with the terms, QUILLINK grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the services solely for personal purposes. ⁶This license is for your use only and may not be transferred or sublicensed to any other person. ⁷ You agree not to use the service for any other purpose. All rights not expressly granted by QUILLINK are reserved. ⁸

2. Intellectual Property

The Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functions, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photos, and graphics (collectively, "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks"), are owned or controlled by QUILLINK and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, property laws, and other laws and treaties. ⁹You agree not to remove, obscure, or otherwise alter any proprietary notices, including copyright and trademark notices, appearing on any content. ¹⁰

3. Your Content

All content you write, upload, send, store, scan, transmit, or otherwise use in conjunction with our services (such as notes, files, images, or other electronic documents) belongs to you ("Your Content"). ¹¹You own it. ¹²We do not control, verify, or endorse any content you use with the service. ¹³Your content is private; we cannot access it unless you share it, grant us explicit permission, or it is necessary to comply with legal obligations. ¹⁴For more details, please refer to our "Privacy Policy". ¹⁵

4. Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Site, you represent and warrant that Your Content will not violate any laws or these terms, including but not limited to: ¹⁶

• Collecting or tracking the personal information of others. ¹⁷
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person. ¹⁸
• Using information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others. ¹⁹
• Any illegal purposes or inducing others to perform illegal acts. ²⁰
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations and laws. ²¹
• Infringing upon our intellectual property rights or those of others. ²²
• Harassment, abuse, insults, defamation, or discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, nationality, or disability. ²³
• Uploading viruses or malicious code that may affect the functionality of the service or the internet. ²⁴
• Distributing spam, phishing, or using crawlers/scrapers. ²⁵
• Obscene or immoral purposes. ²⁶
• Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the service. ²⁷

Failure to comply with any terms will result in the automatic termination of your license. ²⁸QUILLINK reserves the right to take legal action for compensation of costs or losses resulting from your breach. ²⁹

5. Third-Party Software and Services

The QUILLINK application may integrate with third-party application services. ³⁰You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of use of such third parties, and QUILLINK assumes no responsibility for the continued availability or service interruptions of such applications. ³¹

6. Limitation of Liability

QUILLINK may perform periodic maintenance or repairs on the platform. ³²While we will attempt to provide advance notice for service interruptions, we bear no liability for such interruptions within a reasonable timeframe. ³³

In no event shall QUILLINK or its directors/employees be liable for any damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. ³⁴QUILLINK is not responsible for the actions of third parties or other users. ³⁵

7. Paid Membership Services

• Types: The App provides free basic services and paid memberships (Free Member and Paid Excellence Member). ³⁶
• Rights: Benefits include cloud storage, AI usage, and printing quotas. ³⁷We reserve the right to adjust benefits and pricing with advance notice. ³⁸
• Payment: Purchases are made through designated channels (Apple App Store, WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.) and are subject to third-party rules. ³⁹
• Renewal: Memberships are generally auto-renewing. ⁴⁰For iOS and Android, renewal management and refunds must follow Apple/Google policy. ⁴¹
• Auto-Renewal: Charges occur within 24 hours before the period ends. ⁴²Users can cancel via account settings (iOS) or "Account Management" (Android/Payment platforms). ⁴³
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of virtual goods, refunds are generally not supported except for legal requirements, irreparable service failure, or billing errors. ⁴⁴Requests must be made within 7 working days. ⁴⁵
• Termination: We may terminate membership without refund if the user violates this agreement. ⁴⁶
• Restrictions: Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared. ⁴⁷

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. ⁴⁸QUILLINK does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free/uninterrupted. ⁴⁹

9. Data Collection and Electronic Communications

Registering or using the App constitutes electronic communication. ⁵⁰You agree to receive communications from us electronically, which satisfy any legal requirement for written communication. ⁵¹QUILLINK may collect data to provide updates and enhancements in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ⁵²

10. Account Security

You agree not to share your account or login information. ⁵³You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. ⁵⁴If you suspect a security breach, you must notify us immediately at quillink@quillink.com. ⁵⁵

11. Data Access

Certain features require internet access. ⁵⁶Users are responsible for any third-party fees, such as network or data charges incurred while using the App. ⁵⁷

12. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export restriction laws. ⁵⁸

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. ⁵⁹If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect. ⁶⁰

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This replaces all prior communications and constitutes the entire agreement. ⁶¹
• Severability: If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the rest remains valid. ⁶²
• Force Majeure: QUILLINK is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, infrastructure failure). ⁶³

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. ⁶⁴Updated versions will be posted on this page. ⁶⁵It is your responsibility to check for changes regularly. ⁶⁶

16. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. ⁶⁷You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting all related materials. ⁶⁸QUILLINK may terminate your license automatically if you fail to comply with the terms. ⁶⁹

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to: ⁷⁰

• Consumers: Competent courts in the user's place of permanent residence. ⁷¹
• Commercial Entities: The court of exclusive jurisdiction for such entities. ⁷²
